Unit 1: Geometry Basics

This unit goes over the basics of geometry. It is important to understand this unit and its' concepts because all of the ideas will be seen again in several of the units to come.





The image above focuses on terms that will be covered in the classroom. These terms will be used repeatedly in the lessons to come.


A good study habit to use is creating vocabulary note cards. On one side of the note card, you could write the term. On the other side, you could write the definition. Then, test your memory by looking at the term and saying the definition out loud.
